RMA Request

I have the a VS512MB400C3 module that has gone bad. Running memtest 86 produces more than 20,000 errors in less than 5 minutes.

 

This module, and another exactly like it, have been running for months in a Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard, BIOS 1013, without problem until just recently. Random blue screen of deaths began occuring and have worsened to the point where the system will no longer boot with this stick in the computer.

 

Please assist me in having this module replaced.

This bad module is part of a 1 GB matched pair.

 

Is it Corsair's policy to replace both sticks of RAM in a case like this since the whole idea of buying these matched pairs is that they have been tested together in a system by Corsair prior to sale?
