DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB not detected in iCue 4 with Asus motherboard

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have 2 Dominator Platinum RGB sticks (2x16GB) plugged into my ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI.

I cannot sync my RGB RAM led with iCue4.
Everything else works (K70 keyboard, 6 RGB fans and Capellix pump through a Commander Core, Asus MOBO LED).

I've read a lot of topic here about this issue:

Nothing works for me.

I have installed iCue 4 (4.23.137), then AuraSync plugin (2.0.32), them Armoury Crate (3.1.4.0) in that order.

When I log into Windows AuraSync plugin displays a message saying that the RAM is detected but it doesn' t appear neither on Armoury Crate nor in iCue.

Is there any solution to this?

Go into your motherboard BIOS settings and make sure that the Disable SPD Write option is set to False.
