iCUE 220T RGB Airflow - I/O board replacement

Recommended Posts

Hoping for some assistance, I purchased a 220T back in 2020.

The power button has gone faulty, i have to hold it down and wiggle it to get it to power on, the reboot button works fine.

It's been getting worse and worse with every use.

Just wondering where can I get a replacement? The model number on the board is 'jd0515-01d'

Don't fancy splashing out on a new case because of a faulty button :(

Appreciate any pointers!

Thank you

it has a 2 year warranty. maybe check if you're still covered ?

You'd need to create a support ticket with Corsair directly https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

In the meantime if you struggle to turn it on you can plug the reset button to the power pins on the motherboard header and turn it on with that one 😉
