Pump Failure - Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler

Greetings dear, I have 1 problem with my Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler, for a few days, 2 to be exact, the red light appears and that there is a failure in the pump, everything was normal and they recommended that I put in contact with customer service, I bought it on amazon in August 2021. I have already tried uninstalling all ICUE as recommended but nothing works, please help me.spacer.png

This not a BIOS issue and I have not heard of anyone resolving this on their own.  This has become a wide spread problem and needs to be formally addressed.

I am having the same issue.   Unit now works on the display.  It is the white front panel replacement.  
But in iCUE it does not see it.
Corsair sent me a replacement Commander but that did not help
I tried reinstalling / uninstalling iCUE with the instructions on their website. 
Has the latest firmware updates.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions on this problem?
