SkylarDragon
So I have the Corsair Virtuoso (not SE or XT) and I found the voice prompts pretty annoying since they're played from the iCue app and not the headphones, which makes it pop up in clips I often take when gaming. I figured I could turn it off, but all it does is mute the voice, and doesn't restore the default feedback noises when the headset isn't connected to iCue. This is also annoying because then I don't know when the battery is dying and got to plug it in. Is there a fix for this or workaround or anything? Corsair Employees Corsair Elito Posted May 13, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 13, 2022 Hi Skylar, The disabling voice prompts will enable the beeps notifications when the headset is dying, it usually begins at 6%, are you getting prompt at this level of battery? Or is this not your experience? Have you attempted a reset for your headset? To soft reset your headset make sure your mic is plugged in: 1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is powered on. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode.
