Mir_VG
I'm having the same issue as many other customers with my HS80 Headset, the earpads coming off with very little use. I love this headset because it's super comfortable, a perfect fit and gentle with my skin (probably the most important aspect because I shave my head) but I just can't wrap my head around a 150€ headset that breaks on average every 60 days, I don't want to ask for RMAs every two months and get myself a bad rep with customer support as if I was trying to rip them off. Details about how long each headset lasted and what broke 1st pair: Lasted 23 days, from 3rd November to the 26th. Left earpad. 2nd pair: Lasted 100 days, from 29th November to 9th March. Right earpad. 3rd pair: Lasted 61 days, from 9th March to 9th May. Right earpad. Room temperature has never gone above 18°Celsius (64.4°F), in fact two of them broke in winter, one of which probably didn't even get 72h of use. Heat is not an issue, the glue is not melting, it's just coming right off. Bought twice from Amazon and a third one from a reputable store in Spain. I was wondering if there's any solution for this? I'm fine with DIY as long as it actually holds because as much as I like the headset I won't tolerate a 4th one. Kind regards.
Qqu
Are they ripping away or just slipping off the ear cups? They look ripped from the picture. I am finding Corsair's headset quality has declined in recent years. I bought a pair of HS70 Pros and the battery was junk from the get go, never charged above 92% and wouldn't last longer than 10 hours then less than 6 in short order. The earcups deteriorated to the point I had to buy replacements along with a new battery.... Edited May 11, 2022 by Qqu edit

I've had the same issue twice in the past 6 months and had to RMA the headset each time because they don't sell replacement earcups, and the only info on replacements that I've seen is a question Corsair posted on here asking what people want for replacement earcups. Then nothing for over 6 months. Starting to think they aren't going to sell replacements, which is disappointing because I like the headset but the next time it happens I'm most likely returning my pair for a different brand. You can buy replacement earcups at amazon but that doesn't solve the QC issue of these headsets. From the Corsair's response, looks like they may send you some new earcups if you contact them.
