iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler

Hi,

I have recently built a new pc and included the H150i ELITE CAPELLIX and then bought the LCD seperate as it wasnt avalible in white at the time.

Yesterday ive started to get the message 'pump failure' with my fans connected flashing red and a red icon on the screen.  This does not happen straight away on boot and if i force an update this fixes the issue for 30 seconds or so.but then straight back to the flashing red fans.

Temps seem fine and fans are still working.

Is this a software issue? i have reinstalled iCUE.

Whats is the best way rto report this to corsair?
