Brand new HS80 audio louder on one side than the other suddenly

I purchased the HS80 yesterday after my void pros died and they were working fine all day, they even worked when I went to bed with them on and now suddenly the left side is much louder than the right. it almost sounds as if its stuck on 3d audio of some kind even though my computer has spatial audio turned off. Any help would be appreciated because Id loathe to have wasted 150+ dollars on a headset that is permanently stuck like this for 0 reason

If your HS80 RGB Wireless Gaming Headset is experiencing issues, you can try soft resetting the headset and see if that fixes the issue.

To soft reset your headset:

Make sure your headset is powered off.
Hold down the power button until you see the lights on the headset flash.
Wait 15 seconds, and then power on your headset.
Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
