corsair ique 4 - opens and then close after 3-4 seconds ??? (all corsair products)

Hi, can anyone help me.

 

This is my new system spec.

Corsair one i164

Corsair k95 Platinum keyboard

Corsair Harpoon RGB PRO mouse

Corsair MM800 mouse mate

Corsair ST100 headset stand

Corsair wireless VOID Pro Headset

It looks like everything should work looking at the compatibility list

 

Could it be my monitor causing this if it is not corsair?

 

I have just got the Corsair one which has fresh window home installed on it - it also had corsair ique on but when i tried to open it it open then froze everytime (came up stopped working) i looked for the update for ique then noticed ique 4 had been released - i uninstalled the old corsair ique and downloaded the new ique4 from corsair website thinking the new up to date version will fix my issue.

This seems to open for 3-4 seconds then close all by its self and i don't know why? Has anyone had this issue before?

I have also downloaded the following for work/gaming, dunno if this will make a difference:-

steam

paint.net

pdf editor

office 365 - downloading as i post

I dont have any games downloaded yet.

At the moment the 4.23 has a bug. You're not the only one with this version crashing straight away. Either fall back on the 4.21 (or 4.22) or wait for the 4.24
