BBBThunda Posted May 2, 2022 Share Posted May 2, 2022 Hi, I installed iCUE, configured some settings, saved them to my device, then closed the app. Later I opened the app and now when I click "Device Settings" nothing happens. Also if I try clicking various tabs I eventually get the "Unsaved Profile" modal. Clicking the "Device Settings" option there also does nothing. Please advise. Are you connecting it into some sort of USB hub/switch/dock of some kind? Or are you plugging it directly into a USB port on the physical system? Austin1212 Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 Id still like a solution to this as I, and apperently thousands of others, also have this issue with the Ironclaw wireless. I really wish i would have known that the app for this does not work while researching this product but unfortunately its not something people mention in their reviews.
