Problems connecting my mouse (Harpoon wireless)

I have just installed iCUE on my new computer. When I completed it, I decide to update the firmware of the receiver, as I'm updating, my mouse for some reason disconnects, and I try to plug it with the cable. Doesn't work. Tried to connect with Bluetooth, doesn't work as well.

Sorry to hear your mouse's initial connection didn't go smoothly!

If you plug it into your system directly with just the USB cable, does iCUE / the system recognize the device in that scenario?

When I connect with the cable it just charges the mouse for some reason, I can't use it nor it recognizes on the iCUE.

On my old computer I had no problems connecting with the receiver but I think that I have unpaired it with the firmware update.

If I can't connect the mouse via cable because of issues stated before, I think there isn't any other way of connecting both of them?

Can you still see the wireless receiver in iCUE?

If the mouse isn't showing up at all, there is most likely a larger technical / hardware issue occurring here.
