Can't connect my katar pro with usb dongle anymore

Hello,
I bought a katar wireless pro a few months ago, but lately I can't connect it via usb to my pc. The bluetooth works, but I can't pair the mouse and the dongle (even with ICUE)

Hi Barfryyy,

Please try the following to re-pair your Katar Pro Wireless to the USB dongle:

Turn off the device.

Hold down DPI while off

Turn on the Katar

Try this out and let us know if that gets things reconnected for you.

Hi! I'm having the same problem. I was using the mice via Bluetooth and when I tried using it via 2.4Ghz mode, it just stopped working and this is one of the steps I tried to do to no avail.

Does iCUE see the wireless dongle? If so, try to force a firmware update in iCUE.

I also have this problem with my mouse and i tried everything that you said, although it keeps saying pairing failed when i was trying to pair it for the non bluetooth mode. I really need help.

i have the same issue, pls help up Corsair. Ive already did all the instructions about the issue as well as contacting the costumer support but they keep giving us the same instruction that doesnt work
