Scurvyfilms Posted April 30, 2022 Share Posted April 30, 2022 I have received the keyboard a few days ago and cannot get it to work. I have tried having it connect through wireless as well as wired and the issue persists. I have downloaded Icue attempted to update the firm wear as well as force updated the firm wear. I have attempted to reset the keyboard as well by holding down the esc button to reset as well as resetting my computer. I have found no consistent way to get it to work. I recommend creating a ticket directly with support at this point, so they can look into whether or not a warranty replacement is necessary here.
