Skynos
Hello, I just received a Virtuoso RGB Wireless Headset today, and unfortunately the latter does not work, on several levels I find myself completely blocked because the headset is not recognized by Windows 10 when I plug it into USB. It is not recognized by the dongle to be paired. The dongle is on firmware 5.7.115 but only recognizes for pairing the Harpoon wireless mouse that I have, the K95 RGB keyboard that I have is wired. I don't understand because the headset turns on, charges but does not send any information to the computer, the headset works on a Jack socket but any interaction with USB or Wireless is neither recognized by ICUE nor by Windows. I tried the following: - disconnect reconnect on other USB connectors: KO - on another computer by freshly installing ICUE and having only the headset to synchronize: KO (not recognized by the Virtuoso RGB Wireless dongle). - remove the microphone: KO - clean uninstallation of ICUE then reinstallation with new profile: KO - leave only the headphones as a connection for ICUE and the Virtuoso RGB Wireless dongle: KO - in the device manager, VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS does not appear when only the headset is connected, only the dongle is present. I must forget scenarios that I tested, but the problem persists without any possibility of resolution, having no way to reach the helmet I do not even have a way to check the firmware, only the dongle is recognized. Moreover, in wireless mode, the headset microphone beeps red. I've never seen my VIRTUOSO recognizes by my ICUE on my computer from the beginning. When connecting to my computer the dongle BIP red since the first connection I have never had another color from the dongle. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm waiting for your return to know how to act. You will find my configuration on my profile. Thanks in advance.
