Virtuoso SE Gunmetal does not automaticly switch

Hello, i dont know if i this is corair related, but just asking.

 

Since 3 weeks the headset does not automaticly switch from speakers to headset and back if i put the power button on the headset to on.

 

Can anyone help me with this

Set the device in the windows sound properties to default,

When you power on/off the device is should auto switch from your speakers.

I have similar problems.

When using the old firmware (Virtuoso Dongle), when I turned off the headset it would disappear directly from the audio devices section on Windows and the switching between audio devices was automatic.

After this update, now when I turn my headset to the usb position, Corsair Virtuoso auido device is still active in the audio devices on windows and I have to go to the windows system tray and manually change the audio output. This is very bad.
