This error keeps showing up in icue and headset can only be used in USB mode

I have the same issue, been trying to get it fixed for weeks. Corsair kindly sent me two replacement receivers but they both do the same thing. Corsair has also sent me the firmware update file (why does Corsair make you jump through hoops to get it?) but iCUE reports it as invalid. There's several threads and many posts about this exact issue going back almost a year at least, so you'd think a solution would have been found by now.

But... It seems not.
