problem with macro keys and elgato stream deck on K55 keyboard

With the latest update of iCUE, the macro keys of my k55 keyboard do not respond with the program that I made in stream deck. Previously, if they did, it is a problem. The worst of all is that neither in iCUE do the keys respond; they were unused. They appear in both software if you program them, but simply pressing them doesn't work. I hope you can help me

I am habing the same issue, i can create macros that work with the MR button but the stream deck application doesnt work.
