My headset won't work

My mouse broke for a few weeks and after a while I got a new one, coincidently from corsair. When I used my mouse and my headset, my headset worked just fine. But one day it died and when I charged it, it had this voice that said, "mic off", "mic on", and "auto shutdown initiated". Soon I fixed it but then it kept on dying, shutting off, and the charger didn't work. has anyone else had this problem
