Bonjour, j'ai récemment acheté un casque HS35 et le son marche. Quant au micro celui-ci ne detecte pas ma voix et fait un énorme grésillement. Le casque est tout neuf je l'ai acheté à la fnac. Comment dois je faire ?

Dear @Deepoooo,

if possible, please test the mic individually on the mic jack of your system. If it works, the issue is probably caused by the headset. Else it's caused by the mic. Please create a ticket afterwards via https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and let the agent know about the test. Please also provide a photo of the SKU/serial number (label on the inner side of the headband or label on the packaging) as well as your address and phone number.
