New vengeance i7200 all games and apps capped at 60fps.

Hi, I just got a new prebuilt Corsair vengeance pc with a r7 5800x and a rtx 3070. I noticed today after running a few benchmarks that all my games and apps are capped at 60 fps. I’ve checked in app and game settings, as well as nvidia control panel and I don’t have vertical refresh on in either place, nor do I have any set to cap at any frame rate.

I have it running on a 4k tv and not a monitor, and it has no other screens connected, nor has it ever. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which games are you playing?  What is the Max FPS set to in the NVIDIA Control Panel?

Turns out it was Mai afterburner rtss service.
