K_orsair
Hue Bridge, which was connected until yesterday, does not connect icue tells me to press the hue bridge it, but nothing happens however it works well with the Asus app and the hue app. I uninstalled and installed ICUE, but still no connection
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 21, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 21, 2022 Make sure the bridge is not connected to a VLAN and that you are not running any other HUE controlling software at the same time you are trying to connect to the bridge. You can also try a repair of the iCUE software by going to Apps & Features, locating the Corsair iCUE 4 software, selecting Modify, and then repair the installation. K_orsair
my network does not use vlan it is connected directly to the router As in the video, ICUE is the only running control program and the only hue bridge is not connected. I am using hue bridge 2.0 and strip v4 I don't know why it doesn't work only on icue Nevertheless, the reason I need to use ICUE is that it is the only program that can control asus+corsair+hue [reference video]
Omnificent
I have the exact same problem. Everything was working fine until the day before yesterday. Tried to repair iCUE software but it didn't solve anything.
kevjtro
I am having this issue as well... Reinstalled iCUE, reset the hue bridge. Nada. No other Hue software is running on my PC.

kevjtro
I found this post, it did not work for me the first time, tried a second time and it allowed iCUE to pair the Hue hub. Below are instructions from said post. So i tried this and it helped me to get my Bridge paired with the iCue v.4 I found the >config.cuecfg< at: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Corsair\CUE4 Quote <value name="PhilipsHueSerialId">xxx</value> I just didn't insert my Hue's ID but just let the field empty Like: <value name="PhilipsHueSerialId"></value> Then I tried to pair my bridge and it worked! kevjtro
Dang okay, try this, shut down iCUE. Make a backup of the config.cuecfg in that folder and delete the cuecfg file. Open up iCUE and enable the Hue plugin in settings and shut down iCUE again. Open the new cuecfg file and scroll down till you see this, it might not be the same map name for you but that should not matter. <map name="16"> <value name="device_id">59ed8b8708c320fd72b5759d82ff7ecb</value> <value name="device_type">14</value> <value name="is_connected">true</value> <value name="is_corsair">true</value> <value name="last_appearance">2022-04-22T20:52:42.708</value> <value name="model_name">Philips Hue</value> <value name="pid">0</value> <value name="serial_number"></value> <value name="vid">0</value> The "<value name="serial_number"></value>" line was missing so I added it, saved the file and iCUE allowed it to pair. Hope to hear back!

Frustrating out of nowhere, iCUE not playing nice with the hue bridge Same thing happened for me. It was working fine when I went into my gaming room hours ago, but then I had to restart my PC after awhile and I haven't been able to get it working again since. Hue is working fine on it's own, just not integrating with iCue anymore.
Setiri
Just wanted to reply, same exact thing happening to me right now. Hue was working just fine until a few days ago and now I've done everything in this thread and the other thread, deleted config file entirely... factory reset Hue Hub even... everything. It came back online just fine, I reconnected Hub to my meethue account, everything. But iCue still isn't seeing it when I push the button while it's waiting. Corsair dev's, can you please take a look at this?
kevjtro
And my hue bridge is now connected in iCUE. I did nothing this time, computer was left on overnight. Red icon that says not connected to LAN was yellow this morning and I could connect.
kevjtro
30 minutes later, it's not working again. I did nothing other than watch some YouTube videos. Really hard trying to pinpoint this issue.
Setiri
So, I spent an hour last night re-setting up the entire Hue app (didn't realize the bridge was what held /all/ the settings) with every light in my house, re-added all the scenes, etc. I was going to hop on and say do NOT do that but... I saw Kevjtro's message today and thought, screw it, let's see what happens. I clicked the iCue Hue "run wizard" again, went and pushed the button the Hue bridge and suddenly now it connects like none of this ever happened. Not sure if it'll stay but after dealing with this for a couple of weeks, I sure hope this is finally fixed.
Setiri
And... it's off again. Yup, that fast. I literally did nothing between the last post and this one aside from text a friend. Awesome.
Setiri
Now the two Hue Play lights on my desk were just stuck, not responding to Alex or the Hue App. So I simply unplugged and replugged them just now and ... suddenly they're reconnected in iCue. Corsair devs, I think this one may not be on you. This feels like some stuff Philips is doing or a bad update to the Hub they pushed out. Not sure but any checking on it is still greatly appreciated. Worked for about thirty minutes while I was on my PC just doing random things. Booted a game and lights changed. Went back in iCue and the icon was red again. Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 25, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 25, 2022 Have you tried unplugging the router from power for a couple minutes and then plugging it back in to make sure the router isn't the cause of the dropping connection?
