Pezhan
Hi guys! Recently my AX1200i PSU died and did not turn on anymore, when I want to turn on the equipment it stays with a red led light on I opened a ticket for support and RMA, since the PSU is still under warranty but to date I have not had any answers (I opened the ticket on 04-13) Is there any way to speed up the attention of the ticket(2005216546)? DjRavix
Did you Try removing All the cables and then push the Self test button to see if the unit would still give the red light ? This just to rule out that one of the cables might cause this issue

Even pressing the "test" button the PSU does nothing. I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket, but it's been a week and nothing
