PSU AX1200i die

Recommended Posts

Hi guys!

Recently my AX1200i PSU died and did not turn on anymore, when I want to turn on the equipment it stays with a red led light on
I opened a ticket for support and RMA, since the PSU is still under warranty but to date I have not had any answers (I opened the ticket on 04-13)

Is there any way to speed up the attention of the ticket(2005216546)?

Did you Try removing All the cables and then push the Self test button to see if the unit would still give the red light ?
This just to rule out that one of the cables might cause this issue

Yes, I tried the power supply without cables and got the same result, just connected the 24 pin cable to power the PSU

Just to be Clear
Even if the 24-Pin Is not connected
Just push and hold the Test button to make the PSU turn on
If that doesn't work than you might have to wait for Corsair Support to respond (Probably going to be an RMA in that case)

Hi DjRavix!

Even pressing the "test" button the PSU does nothing. I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket, but it's been a week and nothing
