ZiMMeN
Hi. So I have this startup problem with my MM700, every time I start my computer the mouse pad light up just until the windows logon screen, then it goes black And I get a notification in windows that "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed." My iCUE don't show the mouse pad until I reconnect it. But the USB hub on it works. I have tried different USB ports on the IO panel, and even tried the 2 ports on the chassi without any success . Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted May 23 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 23 Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest AMD chipset drivers for your board directly from AMD's website. If the issue is still persisting after the chipset update, and you have plugged the mousepad directly into a USB port on the back of the physical motherboard, reach out to our support team by opening a ticket at http://help.corsair.com
