dinhoscpecs
Hey! good afternoon, i'm having an issue since my gat unplugged my pc, when i turned it back on, the keyboard was simply not working at all... The iCuE software doesn't recognize it and i've done some research and found that this is possibly a firmware issue. I don't know what to do, windows does recognize it but it says: "CRP Disabld" and the keyboard has the num+ and numEnter slightly lighted blue help
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted April 19, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 19, 2022 We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the keyboard. This will clear the keyboard internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the keyboard. 2: Press the Esc key 3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard. 4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the key.
