redwrx
Hello, I recently purchased H150i Capellix cooler and have been having issues with detecting the device on iCUE software. I have connected 6 fans and the AIO to the Commander Core provided with the AIO and connected 3 fans to Lightning Node Core supplied with the 5000X case. Initially, I had connected both controllers to the motherboard USB headers on my Z690-F. While playing games, the Commander Core used to constantly disconnect and reconnect from iCUE. After reading online, I purchased, NZXT powered USB2.0 hub and connected both controllers to it. Now, iCUE does not detect the H150i Capellix Commander core. I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it, remove the device and rescan it through device manager and no luck. When I install iCUE freshly, the H150i Capellix shows for a seconds and then disappears. All fans and cooler have RGB and working fine, but I am not able to configure it using iCUE. Please help me with this issue.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 18, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 18, 2022 Make sure that your motherboard BIOS is fully updated and also try the other USB 2.0 header on your motherboard. Also try the steps in the link below to clean install iCUE. redwrx
Hello, Connecting commader core directly to the motherboard usb 2.0 port got the H150i cooler detected in the iCUE software. But when connected through the NZXT hub, it doesn't get detected. May be the hub is faulty, I will get a replacement and try it once again. Cat of Crete
Hi. For what it's worth, I had this exact same problem with that same NZXT hub. I returned it and got a new one and it works great.

That definitely sounds like the hub itself may be defective.
