wborba Posted April 14 Share Posted April 14 iCue: v. 4.22.203 Corsair Virtuoso RGB: v. 0.19.157 Virtuoso Wireless Receiver: v. 0.18.88 After a while of use the phone started to freeze the audio constantly. When in Wireless mode, the problem occurs, charging or not. I noticed that it no longer turns on the microphone light automatically, it is now always off when I pick it up and turns on only after I do some click action on the microphone to mute or not, then it works normally again. When I use the phone through the cable it works the audio normally without failure, I just have problems with the audio cutting when I'm in wireless mode. the receiver and the handset are not more than 1 meter apart. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is powered on. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode. if issues continue, Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us They can help you with this issue.
