HS70 audio sounds weird at changing spotify platform between console and laptop

I have a problem with my HS70, i was listening music in my play station at spotify , then i stop using the play station but i still wanted to listen music, so i opened it at my laptop and was an icon that said ps5 listening to: and i change to the laptop and the audio from nowhere the audio sounded very weird, like it was through a fan ( any help, by preference in Spanish, my English isn't pretty good )

Hi Gumms

Two different device drivers, I would suggest powering down before switching audio, that should prevent audio distortion.

If the issue continues try doing a Soft-Reset.  This will disconnect the battery from the headset, and then reconnect it.  All you need to do is:

1.Make sure your HS70 is powered off.

2.Hold the Mute button on the HS70 headset down for about 15-20 seconds

3.After holding the Mute button wait 15 seconds and then hold the Power button until the HS70 turns on.


Then try testing the headset.  If it is still having issues, please Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us
