JCProject
So I am having a problem with the Icue software. Whenever I try to install it, it says there is an older version on my pc. When I try to uninstall it it says: "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid." It also won't say the name for some reason and I can't find Icue anywhere else. I don't know how to solve this so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 18, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 18, 2022 Try the steps to remove the iCUE software in the link below. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- If that doesn't work utilize the download link provided below, run the installer, select Modify, and then you should be able to remove the 3 year old iCUE install from there. https://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.13.94_release.msi
JCProject
Hello, I'm sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification of your comment. I tried to perform the clean install from the first link. After Icue started downloading I got an error saying that the older version of Icue can't be removed, and it canceled the installation. When I executed the download from the second link in your comment I got the same error message as if I were to try to uninstall it.
