XxTundyxX
Today when i move my pc to the new case (from de 460x to 680x), i got the commander pro and finally i got more usb to plug the psu for monitoring and when i check on icue to see it, all the stats show 0. I have tried unplug it and plug it on a different usb but it seems to be the same, the weird thing is that some times its working for a couple of minutes, but most of the time is on 0. LeDoyen
do you have another monitoring program running, like HWinfo, Aida64, HWmonitor? when both poll the same device, it messes connexion.. Afterburner shouldn't be an issue, but you may have to close other programs, or disable polling of Corsair devices in the options (and restart Corsair service to restore connection with iCUE)
XxTundyxX
i dont have any other monitoring program other than afterburner, but what i just did is stoping afterburner to monitor power on the gpu and cpu, then restart the icue service, then restart my pc and it seems now its working fine, probably afterburner was the cause of it. Thanks for the help, didnt know you cant pull info from one divice to two programs.
LeDoyen
I didn't know Afterburner did this with PSUs either. that's good to know.
