VOID headset won't turn on despite full charge

I've been using the headset for ~10 months, with no issues.

This evening, it won't turn on.

Pressing the power button does none of the usual things:

• doesn't trigger the "I'm waking up audio chime"
• doesn't trigger any RGB lights
• doesn't trigger pairing with the receiver (no flashing on the receiver or on the mic boom.)

I've tried a variety of things:

• fully charging the headset (mic light shows green)
• holding the power button for 30+ seconds, in case there was a reset functionality.
• unplugging and re-plugging the receiver (just in case)

None have any effect. The behaviour seems superficially consistent with a mechanical failure of the button.

Is there anything else I can try before returning it for a refund / replacement?
