Silfy
Hi Just wondering if anyone else has got a faulty power button led light wont turn on and stay on when i turned on my PC. I have checked my mobo manual and have hooked up according to the manual. How do i troubleshoot this? mobo is MSI X570 tomahawk. Thanks
LeDoyen
Usually it's either a dead LED (rare) or it's plugged backwards on the motherboard, in the wrong polarity (extremely common mistake). have you tried reversing the two wires on the mobo? I have checked over them it seems correct to me right one is positive and left is negative. I've also switch the cables around, Sadly it doesn't work . so i did a test with my old 4000d case and the Power button LED works on that case lol.. LeDoyen
then if the mobo is working (lights the 4000D power LED), but it doesn't work on the 5000, it's a led failure ^^' You'll need to open a support ticket with Corsair. Scroll down and click the "customer support" link

Thanks for your help cheers
