iCue 4.22.203 Elite Capellix LCD Screen Issue (LCD 2.6.201 firmware) FLICKERING/JITTERING!

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately like they say, if it isn't broke don't touch it! Oh look new software update, install, oh look, LCD firmware update, install.  Pump working fine but the screen is now jittering.  Do not know how to fix it.  Doesn't matter if its a GIF or still picture, temps, etc,.  See picture.  That's not a bad pic, its the screen flickering/jittering? !!! NOW WHAT? Tried reinstalling firmware (Forced) same, reinstalling, same.  How or where is the older LCD firmware to download?

I have the same issue after update too.  iCue is not tested enough.  iCue really needs to be seriously looked at.  It uses a lot of resources, crashes all the time, and usability is horrible, creating themes, knowing what and what isn't saved.

Completely shut the system down, turn the power supply off or unplug it from the wall for about 30sec, plug back in or turn the PSU back on, and reboot the system. See if that resolves the issue.

A shutdown doesn't help, I unplugged my PSU, left the switch on, held down the power button to drain the caps, plugged out the lcd and plugged it back in, all of it. Archon Vales is right, this needs a hotfix. The LCD pump firmware update caused this.

Same exact issue for me.  Firmware update on LCD screen - nonstop flicker and jittering.  Tried forcing firmware on the cooler?  Nothing.  Tried reseating...nothing.  Tried power off and drain power, reseated, nothing.

Same issue for me. I feel like I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works.

After using the force update to attempt to revolve the issue I heard it disconnect and connect several time quickly and now windows shows it stopped in device manager because it isn’t functioning properly.  Obviously now iCue can’t see it anymore. Shutting down did not resolve this.    Is there a way to reset firmware externally?   How to resolve this?
