RGB14
I recently built my first PC and I currently have 6x SP120 RGB PRO fans in my case. I was able to control the lights and effects up until this morning. The program stopped detecting the hub after moving all my files from my HDD to my SSD. The fans still spin and light up, but they're stuck on a white blueish light. I've uninstalled and reinstalled icue twice now, but it's still not detecting the hub. I've made sure everything inside the case is connected. My Corsair RGB Ram sticks are still being detected. I don't know what to do to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? . Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 4, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 4, 2022 If you have made sure that everything is properly connected and the Lighting Node Core still does not appear in the devices, perform a clean install of the iCUE software via the instructions linked below. If that still does not resolve the issue I would recommend that you reach out to our support team by opening a ticket at http://help.corsair.com https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-
