nitr0per Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 Headset stopped working when trying to charge it.I tried every way and i can't fix it.I guess it went into bootloader mode because when i try to connect my headset to PC with USB cable , i get 'Avnera 6302' or 'Avnera 6201'^(i am not sure) ready to use message.When i try to firmware uptade in iCUE , it comes to %99 and says 'No device detected' and i take a notification that says uptade failed.What should i do? Corsair Employees Corsair Elito Posted March 30 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 30 Hi Nitro, I would suggest submitting a ticket to replace the headset, If the headset cannot update with iCUE, its likely a corrupt firmware.
