killeridiots Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 I have problems with the battery of my s70 pro headset, from one minute to another it stops working and now if I disconnect it from the charger it turns off immediately, it hurts not to be able to have them for more than a year , any solution? Soft resetting your headset disconnects and then reconnects the battery, and it can resolve various issues. To soft reset your headset: Make sure your HS70 headset is powered off. Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds. Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
