Hi,

lg

We do not sell replacement batteries or recommend that you replace the battery on your own. If you are having battery life issues we would recommend you reach out to our support team at help.corsair.com

Will they replace the battery or just simply offer to sell a new pair?

If they wont replace it and they wont do anything about it, then the purchaser might as well byuy a replacement battery since it is a standard form factor and replace it, the worst that can happen is the headphones stop working, which lets be honest, if the battery is dead and cannot be replaced then there is no worry if it breaks right?

My original battery never got above 92% charge then declined in performance rather quickly over a year. I actually replaced it myself last month. Not an entirely easy process. The connector from the old battery has to be spliced into the new battery and all the wires are thin. You have to be very careful. In any event, the new battery gets to 100% charge and lasts a good 12+ hours
