5000T 4th fan no RGB

Recommended Posts

Hi i just finished my new build in the 500t White i purchased and added a extra LL120 LL , 120 mm Dual Light Loop RGB fan for the rear of the case the fan works fins Icue detects the fan but not the RGB u swapped the RGB cable over the Comandor Pro with case fan 3 and the rgb works but then i get no rgb on case fan three now plugged into header 4

i have also tried it on all the other ports but can only get the 3 rgbs to Work

It may the fan RGB broke. Try swoping around if that justified.

The Commander Core and XT have individual RGB headers unlike most others that operate in series. If the 4th fan has a problem, it alone should be dark or partially lit. Try moving it to another RGB connector.

The Commander Core and XT also have an auto detect protocol for RGB. You can re-run it from the CUE settings. Additionally, just because you connect another fan doesn’t mean lighting assigned to other fans is applied. You must assign lighting to your new fan.

It's also possible that the autodetect simply didn't detect it correctly. You can set individual ports manually as well.
