Corsair STRAFE RGB Mechanical Keyboard issue

I have a Corsair STRAFE RGB Mechanical Keyboard and in recent months, some keys have been having issues. So far the main key has been the "N" key where they would randomly key in additional letters whenever i click it. I tried it on another laptop as well, restarted the laptop and it did the same thing. Did the hard reset and the issue persisted until 30 minutes later when I am writing this post. Is there any way to fix this issue permanently?

Examples, clicking on "N "will result in :- nBe:;Nb;jHe  (results varies with each click)
