Does this buzzing sound at idle sound normal happens all the time

Hi I bought a Corsair HX850 Platinum Modular 850W Power Supply brand new this week from PCCASEGEAR I have this buzzing sound I can hear all the time at idle that is loud enough to hear across the room I have a video of what it sounds like here is the video. It happens all the time. Does this sound like I need to RMA the PSU that I just bought.
