christinelou
Hi, When I plug in the power supply, the pump on the Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE shows a red exclamation point. As I turn on the computer, red lights are flashing. I rewired everything, rechecked it all and did not find any connection errors. The computer detects the fans but says that the pump is not working, that I should contact the assistance service. What should I do? How do I do it? Thank you for your help

mpoffo
Is the pump running? Does your computer heat up and shut down due to the heat? I am assuming you have the LCD screen and commander core plugged into the USB headers (of your board or other means) and power is connected. I am also assuming that the pump is connected to the CPU Fan header of your motherboard. There are several things to consider. I won't pretend to be an expert but I can point you do this thread on the LCD issues: Others may have more to contribute but I would consider contacting Corsair support as well and see if they can assist you. See the Contact Us at the bottom of the page. Edited March 18, 2022 by mpoffo
christinelou
Thanks a lot for your reply. The pump is not running but the computer stayed cool during the 30mins I used it. Yes, all the connections you mention are OK. I'll check the points in the video and try to contact Corsair.
