Hi,  just a couple days into my new K100 gold and it no longer responds.

Tried resetting and nothing.

Tried alternate USB ports and nothing.

Tried removing drivers and rescanning for devices and nothing (windows 10 and windows 11)

It worked when I first plugged it and it was sitting for a few days since.  Was only planning on using HW mode but also tried to install iCue today and it doesn't see it either, no change in drivers etc.

We're very sorry to hear you're having issues with your K100 Gold.

Have you tested it on any other systems to see if that gives it any life / light, just as an easy first step here?

Yeah. 3 computers, a hub, a dock, a screen.  No response in any way to any.

Tried the plug in while holding escape. No change.

Not sure if i should focus on drivers or if i should at least be seeing something happening.  Just so wierd it all turned on and now nothing.

I've also now tried an Xbox One and turning off 'allowing the PC to power off the USB Hub' and a few other windows specific keyboard problem solving suggestions.

KBs shouldn't be this difficult.

You already tried our keyboard "Soft reset" steps?

1: Unplug the keyboard.
2: Press the Esc key
3: While holding the Esc key, plug in the keyboard.
4: Hold the key down for 10 seconds.
5: Release the key.

If it doesn't reply to that at all it is very likely 'dead' and we should open a ticket with Tech Support. Just let me know if you need me to create a ticket on your behalf and I'll get that going for you.
