Slimfusion
recently purchased K100 keyboard and M65 RGB ULTRA mouse. ICU shows all my other corsair products but will not detect the mouse.
c-attack
Wired or wireless M65 Ultra? Where is it connected (usb or receiver)? If you are connecting to the K100 passthrough, make sure both KB usb plugs are connected and you may want to try different USB ports on the MB I/O panel. Slimfusion
It's wired and connected directly to PC. I've tried multiple USB ports on the MB
c-attack
Does the mouse work, but is not detected? Or is it completely non-functional? Do you see any yellow error triangles in the Windows Device Manager? If Device Manager errors, it may be a bad piece of hardware and needs to be swapped with the vendor. If no triangles, try a quick repair of the CUE app. WIndows Apps -> Corsair iCUE and select "modify". This will not erase profiles or settings. Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted March 15 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 15 If you have access to a second computer test and see if the issue persists, otherwise it is most likely a defective mouse and would need to be replaced by either exchanging it with the retailer or contacting us directly though a support ticket. If the mouse works as it should on a second system and is detected by iCUE then it is likely an issue of some kind with the USB of your main system. c-attack
Well, the defunct CUE 3 that reached end of life about a year ago is not going to work with any product released since then. You need to update to CUE 4. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads
