painful assistance, send me a keyboard with different layout

I state that I wanted to write on the topic of support but it fails.
how do you do it after more than two weeks of waiting, after I did 30km to bring the keyboard to the dhl center to change layout?
surely order created by the wrong type of rma, now I want to see how they handle it

the keyboard that I got to the keys that do not work, written several times to the assistance but no answer more than 3 days have passed ... but how do you work? scandalous assistance
