iCUE is blocking mouse events by creating an invisible window in the lower right corner of the desktop

iCUE is blocking mouse events by creating an invisible window in the lower right corner of the desktop.

It's easy to reproduce.

You can also check it with process explorer of SystemInternalSuite.
Even if you don't have it, you can check it by the following method.

1. Open Paint.exe
2. Maximize the paint window
3. Click around the bottom right corner of your desktop to see if you can draw with a pen
4. Terminate iCUE and check the reproducibility again.

I am using MS371 amd K70, ICUE 4.20.169 + Windows 10 Pro 21H1

Reinstall dosent fix this problem.
Actually, it was in this state for a long time.

I can't see this window but it's always in front.
So every time I want to click something around an invisible window, I have to close iCUE.
