arnaldo morales orlandini
Hello friends .... I have an i5-12600K OC 4.9GHz and an iCUE H115i RGB PRO XT for cooling, mounted on a 5000X RGB but I find the original fans too noisy. My doubts are..... Which corsair rgb fan could be the best replacement for the H115i? Is it worth doing push in pull?
c-attack
Too noisy because of high speed (H115i XT fans max at 2000 rpm)? Or you don’t like the tone? My normal first recommendation for you is the new ML-Elite 140mm. This is an 8 LED center hub fan that is a lighting match to the SP-Elite fans on the front of your 5000X. The retail SP-Elite 140 is also an option, although the ML elite are likely to be slightly better on the radiator. I don’t typically recommend push-pull for most AIOs absent compounding circumstances like 24-7 mining, high restriction levels, or very heavy watt totals. I don’t think you have any of those criteria and I also don’t think push pull 280mm will fit in the top.

I have 04 Fan LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop White RGB LED PWM 03 original fans that will come with the corsair 5000x what would be better?? c-attack
The 5000X will come with 3 SP-Elite. The older case with a similar name (500D Obsidian) will come with 3 LL120. I don’t see much reason to purchase the ML-RGB fans. It’s the same as what you have with lights. It’s also been replaced the ML-Elite mentioned above. The LL fans are likely to be perceived as quieter at the same speed compared to the ML, but it’s going to be moving less air because of blade differences. It’s not a very strong radiator fan but some people will be fine with giving up 2C in exchange for the lighting. Either way, most people are going to be happier finishing the radiator with the fans that match the rest of those in the case. Using mixed fans often complicates your RGB management and abilities. c-attack
The LL are PWM and thus controllable on the AIO. No one would describe them as noisy. The only question is if they match your other fans. If your going to redo the whole case in LL, then go ahead.
