Brainboi Posted March 4, 2022 Share Posted March 4, 2022 The cable from my headset into the dongle came loose earlier and I was getting no audio, but when I plugged it back in my computer was no longer using the right drivers and instead using "conexant usb audio". Sound still worked but the mic no longer did. I followed the advice from And now my computer sees it as (2 - Corsair HS60 Pro Surround), but the mic still doesn't work. Hi Brainboi, This is indicative of a failure with the USB dongle with an HS60 Pro headset. I have converted this to a Tech Support ticket on your behalf, and they will reach out to you very soon in order to assist in replacing this part.
