I can't change lighting on the pump

Unplug the USB cable and disconnect/reconnect the SATA power. Check if the default lighting is working.

If the default lighting is working, reconnect the USB cable back in and delete the CORSAIR folder under Local/Roaming AppData.

Press Window Key + R to open the Run command.

Type %appdata% and press Enter.

Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up.

Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%.

Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up

If issues continue please attach your  proof of purchase, along with a photo of the serial part number on the AIO.
