Timonson
Hi, I have a H100i RGB PRO XT and it was running fine until now one of the fan stop its PWM features. One fan keeps at full speed while the other one keeps at low RPM during idle. Both fan are connected to the pump with a splitter. Is it a software issue or fan is broken? Please throw any idea out and I will try. Thank you.
c-attack
Go to the settings for the XT cooler and force a firmware update. Check for update -> (none) -> force update. The fans will max out for a few seconds as it reloads. The Platinum/XT fan controllers lock up every now and then, often just one of the fans. This usually corrects it. Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted March 3 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 3 You mention a splitter. Are you not connecting the fans directly to the fan headers that come from the pump? If so what happens when you remove the splitter and directly connect the fans do the headers from the pump instead of utilizing the splitter?
