The only recent ticket you have that hasn't been responded to was a duplicate. They last responded yesterday afternoon. Please log into the support portal if you're hot seeing the email responses in your mailbox.

I have no emails, and it says "You have no support tickets" in my support tickets.

So yeah, where are we with this? I just got my LCD upgrade kit last week from Corsair even though this issue has been known about that before then apparently. I can wait a little but I don't want to be stuck with a product that is past its return policy that was known defective (by software) before it was shipped to me.

Question for those who got the AIO w/ LCD in box, is the pump/bloc and LCD all one piece or do you have to plug in the LCD screen after mounting pump/block? two separate USB (one screen, one controller) or one USB for all of it?

You have to plug it onto the top. it doesnt sit very well, and is actual trash

You might have to log into the help.corsair.com support portal? Support tickets don't show up for me in corsair.com accounts tab. But if I log into help portal, I can see support tickets under my activities. I sent a support ticket this way for my LCD issue.

Sorry to say, just received the LCD upgrade kit in the mail from TW direct this morning. Only able to see the CPU liquid temp display reading. Software is 4.21.173 and firmware is 2.6.201. Tight connection on commander (clicked and seated deep), USB plugged directly into tested USB 2.0 header. Fan connection plugged into mainboard header. Hoping that this new version of the firmware pending release is the fix. Ticket open with Corsair.

Build Specs:

Asus ROG Strix Gaming -A z690 DDR4 board

Intel -i7-12700K CPU

EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Graphics

Samsung SSD 970 and EVO 860

GSkill F4-3600C16-16GTZR RAM

SoundBlaster AE-5

@Grift3r - @SpabalinasDesign is correct. Support tickets can only be seen in the support portal. Have you checked your spam folder?

Just installed my upgrade kit today and no sign screen setup in Icue, just temp displayed. This was my first time dealing with alot of Corsair parts(all based around this Icue system) and between this and the lack of support of out box for 12th gen processors has made the whole ordeal an absolute nightmare.

Installed mine today as well and running into the same exact issue. Have tried trouble shooting with many different options and nothing.

Pump / Fans are working fine but can't change anything with the LCD screen.

Same exact experience, I've tried reseating, all my USB 2.0 headers on the MB. Checking commander core cable. Everything works except changing the LCD and even Windows detects the LCD in my devices list.

hello all,

since yesterday i have a big problem with my lcd upgrade kit.
I bought an upgrade kit directly from corsair in december 2021 and installed it.

it ran until yesterday without problems and looked good!
when I was working on the pc yesterday and looked inside my case, I suddenly saw that the lcd display has an error/crash.

I assume that it is a hardware defect and has nothing to do with the software, it happened during operation, the pc is always in the same place and was not moved.

How can something like this happen?
Does anyone have the same problem?

I opened an RMA ticket via the website yesterday but have not received any confirmation or anything.

Maybe someone can help me.
I disassembled everything again today, checked all cables and connections, and reinstalled the ICUE softwäre, but unfortunately I get the same result.

Hi,

I have received an email from Corsair that a new display is on its way to me.
However, like many here, I have had no problems. Except that my old display apparently has/had a hardware defect. The new display should arrive on Friday.

Let's see if the new one works again without problems.........

Did you send your old one back first? I’m willing to pay upfront to cross ship than get refunded once I return my old display. I can’t have my system down for the transit times.

This is what I want to know. If they expect the item returned before a replacement is sent Ill just send it all back and go another route.

If the LCD device shows up under Bluetooth/USB devices, is this an icue software issue at that point and not the device/firmware on it?  Windows see the USB device, not the icue.

So are we really just waiting for them to sort out an icue issue?

Nope. That's normal.

It makes absolutely no sense that we would have to ship the entire unit back when it's an issue of the software not communicating with the hardware, hence the firmware (for the issue of the screen not showing up in the iCue software. My LCD screen just displays the liquid temperature and the ring light is present, but the screen is not found by iCue after trying every available "fix"). The heatsink is still functioning to cool the cpu, so if that was not functioning properly (even with the thermal paste and all), then yes it would make sense to ship the unit back as it would be defective for its main purpose. This should really be a firmware fix. It's now the 28th of March. What is the status or ETR for the release now if it's not going to be available by the end of this month? We all bought this thing for almost $300 basically for the LCD screen gimmick alone, which doesn't even work.

@Corsair NickIt's March 30th now. You'll have one day left from the 'promised late march fix' to the issues.

I provided him a hard date this morning so the thread will get updated shortly.

Though, this "Screen Setup" not appearing is a newer phenomenon that I haven't seen until this month, so we're digging into it and trying to understand what's causing this.

Does your LCD run the hardware screen (Liquid Temp with Black/White colors) and just not show the "Screen Setup" button in iCUE?

Can you grab your iCUE logs and PM them to me? I would also try a power cycle, not a reboot, but power down, unplug your PSU, tap the power button a couple times, plug PSU back in, and boot back up.

Sometimes the device can be finicky with system status and USB re-enumeration and discharging all the power in the device forces USB re-enumeration.

Over 20 hours of trying to troubleshoot what SHOULD have worked right out of the box. Kit arrived Wednesday, and still as of Today, NO LCD Screen settings in ICUE 4.

Can you pull iCUE logs and PM them to me?

Edit: Also if anyone else is experiencing no "Screen Setup" in iCUE, please pull your logs and PM them to me please. The team needs a decent data set to try to get to the bottom of this.

I'm in the same boat, I've tried power-cycling as well with no luck. I'm happy to send iCUE logs as well if you let us know how.

The missing “screen setup” issue has been there since I first bought the cooler in Late Jan / Early Feb. I solved it initially by removing an extra “old” commander pro. It’s connected using the supplied ‘Y splitter cable’ > to the motherboard (Asus Maximus Hero X). It was working very well onwards, until earlier this month you’ll release an iCUE update + maybe firmware update which has caused this issue to appear again. This time I feel it’s most likely an iCUE/Firmware interference.

My last setting on the LCD I did was ‘turning down the brightness to 0%’ as I wasn’t using it at the time. It’s been blank ever since I updated iCUE / Firmware in early March.

I have exported the logs, it’s in a zip file, it’s ‘zip file format’ is not allowing me to import this into your inbox, kindly guide me on what folder etc you want me to send you exactly. Give instructions.

Not fixed. Tried it, hardware screen still missing. (4.22 software).

@shocksimSide Note: If you check the forums + reddit, this issue is #1 right now. I suggest you’ll make this a priority asap or you’ll are going to have to deal with a mass recall for the said product. Also, someone said it’s most likely / possibility a commander xt /core firmware issue. Look into it.

Thanks!

Exactly, on boot.. splash screen shows up than instantly goes to black white liquid temp screen. Updated to latest icue 4.22.203.
