New Virtuosu Wireless RGB SE disappears when set to wireless in iCue

Hey,
I have a problem with my Corsair Virtuosu Wireless RGB SE and the iCue software.

When I connect the headset to my pc via wire and set it to usb mode, I can access the settings via the iCue software.
When I engage the wireless mode, the option for the headset and the stick disappears in the software and I cant mange it anymore.
I have upgraded the firmware of both the headset and the wireless stick. I am currently on the version 4.20.169 (iCue).
I have reinstalled the software and uninstalled the devices in the device manager.

I hope someone can help me.

Ok, I found the culprit. It was my usb a extension from "Nimaso", one i about 1m long, the other 1,5m. Both appear to work with the usb dongle and headset, but just disappear when headset in wireless mode (but it still works).

I´ve tried a different wireless device (my Razer Orochi v2) and it stutters a lot. I´ve also treid different usb Ports with mixed outcomes. At least it´s working for me now.
